Your appointments are very important to the Willow & Blush team; each appointment is reserved especially for you.

 

At W&B we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services.

 

Deposits

 

For any service exceeding £100.00 with a Senior Stylist or Stylist, a £30.00 deposit is mandatory.

Similarly, a £20.00 deposit is required for services surpassing £75.00 with a Junior Stylist.

If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice, a £20 charge will apply, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we provide an opportunity to reschedule by paying an extra £20.00 deposit. In this case, we will deduct a total of £40.00 from your bill.

Late Notice

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure efficiency and fairness to all our customers, we kindly remind you that appointments must be honoured within the scheduled time frame. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule it. This policy enables us to maintain punctuality for all our clients and utilise our resources effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this guideline. Should you anticipate any delays or need to make changes to your appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance.

A patch test must be completed 48 hours or more before any chemical service.
