Job Title: Barber (Self-Employed)

We’re looking for an experienced, self-employed barber to join our team.

Requirements:

• Previous professional barbering experience in the UK.

• Skilled in classic and modern cuts, fades, beard trimming, and styling.

• Strong knowledge of industry-standard hygiene and grooming practices.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently within a busy salon environment.

SENIOR STYLIST

Job Title: Senior Stylist (Self-Employed)
Location: Willow & Blush

We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Stylist to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Requirements:

• Previous salon experience as a stylist (minimum 3+ years).

• Confident in all aspects of cutting, colouring, and styling (balayage, highlights, creative colour).

• Up-to-date with UK industry standards and trends.

• Excellent client care, consultation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a busy column independently.
